Proxy Product Owner - IS Redesign / Agile SAFe H/F - CDI - Valbonne

🎯 Background

As part of a major technological modernisation project, we are looking for a Proxy Product Owner to support the evolution and gradual overhaul of several critical components of our client's IS (a large institutional group).

You will be working as part of an Agile / SAFe feature team, working closely with the Product Owner and Product Manager on the client side.

🧭 Your tasks

As Proxy Product Owner, you will play a central role in the construction, evolution and functional consistency of the product:

Product Vision & Construction

• Contribute to the product vision with the PO and PM.
• Participate in defining developments and the roadmap.

Backlog & User Stories

• Writing, structuring and maintaining User Stories.
• Prioritising the backlog and monitoring the progress of functionalities.
• Ensuring that requirements are properly understood by the team.

Development & Functional Monitoring

• Presenting US for estimation and clarifying requirements.
• Provide functional support during development.
• Carry out functional validation at the end of the sprint.
• Contribute to the test automation strategy.
• Participating in the analysis of problems encountered in production.

Cross-functional coordination

• Synchronising work with the programme's other features teams.
• Participating in PO Sync, design workshops, architecture committees, PI Planning.
• Working with the technical teams, architects, operations and QA.

• Higher education (IT, engineering, project management, data, etc.).
• 5 years' proven experience as PO, Proxy PO, Business Analyst, AMOA or similar role.
• Solid experience in complex IS environments.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to listen, autonomy and customer focus.
• Ability to integrate quickly into a structured and demanding programme.

You are familiar with :

• Agile methods (Scrum / SAFe).
• Product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Functional writing and modelling.
• Key IS concepts :
  • REST APIs
  • Microservices
  • Data flows (JSON, XML)
  • Databases
  • Message bus
  • Websites & digital services
• Analysis, synthesis and communication.
• Leading functional workshops and inter-team coordination.
