Workstation referral and support - Permanent contract - Monaco

Job description

The job involves taking part in handling incidents and requests on workstations, as well as deploying software across the entire estate.

User support is also one of the main activities of this position.

Main activities

• Handling incidents and requests (GLPI tickets)
• Application packaging (MECM)
• User support
• Deploying applications and updates across the entire estate
• Ensuring the lifecycle of workstations (OS updates, security patches, equipment upgrades, firmware, drivers, Bios, etc)
• Drafting resolution, installation and deployment procedures for transmission to the service centre (N1)
• Understanding the technical context of the workstation and the tools associated with Modern Workspace
• Configuration and enrolment on our MDM

Required qualifications / Training

Bac to Bac+5 level

Length of experience required

2 years minimum

• Windows 10 Pro and Enterprise / Windows 11
• Azure AD / Office 365 (Mastery)
• Outlook
• Mobile Iron
• Bitlocker/MBAM
• Active Directory: user and group management
• MECM: collection creation, packaging, remote distribution (mastery)
• Intune
• Okta (desired)
• Zscaler (preferred)
• Direct Access (good knowledge)
• PowerShell scripting (strong knowledge)
• Network (ability to diagnose network incidents)
• GLPI (good knowledge desirable)
• Asset management: OCS Inventory for GLPI (preferred)
• Mobility: IOS, Android
