We are looking for a UX Steering Manager for one of our clients based in Monaco.

Missions

Job description

The UX Steering Manager defines and deploys the UX/UI strategy, manages the dedicated team and guarantees the quality of user experience in the administration's digital projects.

Activities

  • Participating in the development and deployment of the user-centred UX strategy in line with the administration's objectives
  • Raise awareness, train and support internal teams in the UX approach and best practices
  • Produce and maintain internal communication media resulting from UX analysis work (guides, templates, reports)
  • Plan, organise and manage the activities of the UX/UI team
  • Plan and participate in user research activities: interviews, tests, observations, co-design workshops, etc.
  • Produce and update the UX unit's activity KPIs
  • Monitor, measure the impact of and report on UX actions to management
  • Working closely with project teams (project owner, project manager, communications, security) to integrate UX into the project life cycle

Profile

Required qualifications

Hold a national diploma attesting to five years' higher education or a diploma recognised as equivalent by a competent authority in the country where the diploma was obtained, in the field of engineering or project management.

Length of experience required

At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.

Know how

  • In-depth expertise in user-centred methods and tools (design thinking, user research, prototyping, user testing);
  • Excellent writing and communication skills to produce clear deliverables and convince stakeholders;
  • Mastery of digital and collaborative tools (in particular Microsoft Teams, Figma prototyping tools and Jira-Confluence project management);
  • Knowledge of the principles of ergonomics, digital accessibility and information systems security;
  • Change management and internal communication skills;
  • Knowledge of Web CMS and Internet publishing would be a plus;
  • Perfect command of French and good knowledge of technical English.
