Within the Business IS department of this major Group, and more specifically the "Commerce and Digital Communication" department, we are looking for a SALESFORCE DEVELOPER M/F in the Commerce area.

The main tasks of the Business IS department are to support the Group's divisions in implementing their IS tools, to develop and market the Group's internal service offerings and to enable the digital transformation of business processes and practices.

The 'Commerce and Digital Communication' department is made up of project managers and designer-developers who are responsible for ensuring that projects run smoothly, that the business applications and software in production function properly, and that the requirements of the users who contribute directly to the Group's value creation are taken into account.

Your challenge

As part of our drive to strengthen the Salesforce team, we are looking for someone who is capable of developing technical solutions on Salesforce ( mainly SalesCloud ), with a functional analyst background.

Reporting to the Salesforce administrator, you will be a key player in maintaining, developing and optimising processes and developments on Sales Cloud, with a particular focus on operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Missions

Functional analysis

  • Working with business teams to understand their needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Write functional and technical specifications based on the use cases identified.
  • Propose innovative solutions to align business processes with Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities, while remaining as far as possible within development standards.

Salesforce development

  • Developing customised solutions using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Configuring native Salesforce tools (Flow, Process Builder, approvals, etc.).
  • Integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs (REST, SOAP).
  • Maintain and optimise existing developments in line with evolving needs.

Support and documentation

  • Documenting processes, developments and settings.
  • Assisting users by providing level 2/3 functional support.
  • Participating in end-user training on new functions and updates.

Profile

Higher education in computing, information systems or a related field. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Salesforce environment and development in a similar role, with significant exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Appreciated certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud Consultant

Technical skills

  • Mastery of Salesforce tools and languages: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components.
  • Good knowledge of Sales Cloud modules (and ideally other modules such as Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud).
  • Understanding of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
  • Mastery of functional analysis and project management tools (Mantis, DevOps, etc.).
  • Mastery of CI/CD concepts, particularly in the Salesforce environment.
  • Ideally, knowledge of TALEND, CONGA, DocuSign, DocuGen and more.

Functional skills

  • Ability to gather and analyse user requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills, strong autonomy and ability to summarise
  • Fluency in French (oral and written).
  • Professional English required to study technical documentation or potentially interact with international teams.
