Senior EDM Project Manager - Monaco - permanent contract - maximum 2 days per week of work experience

• Analysing business requirements and drafting functional specifications
• Identify the functions of the EDM solutions within the overall architecture
• Carry out the various phases from consultation to contract formalisation
• Detecting irritants and proposing user-oriented areas for improvement
• Supporting the adoption of the tools by the business units and acting as an advisor
• Monitor and control project objectives (cost, deadlines, quality, customer satisfaction)
• Guaranteeing the quality of deliverables and compliance with governance rules
• Lead committees, meetings and project monitoring points
• Apply DSN procedures and document templates
• Supervise the implementation of security processes (certification)
• Ensure personal data protection compliance (APDP)
• Organise and manage the acceptance phases (internal/external)
• Manage incidents and liaise with software publishers
• Ensuring transparent communication with all stakeholders, in connection with change management
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions
• Report progress to management
• Disseminate best practice to project stakeholders

You have a degree in engineering, business or project management.

You have acquired solid expertise with at least 10 years' experience in managing large-scale IT projects, including at least 3 years on EDM projects.

• Mastery of project management (traditional and agile methodologies)
• Proven experience in writing functional and technical specifications
• Experience of change management and digital transformation
• In-depth knowledge of electronic document management (EDM) environments and document storage solutions
• Ability to analyse, model and summarise
• Sensitivity to the security of information systems and the protection of personal data
• Excellent command of French (reading, writing, speaking), good oral and written expression
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and prioritise actions
• Initiative, perseverance, adaptability and the ability to make proposals
• Good interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and leadership qualities,
• Ability to take decisions and be flexible according to priorities.
