Service Delivery Manager – Ibexa Platform (M/F) – Fixed-term contract – Monaco

• Define and manage the overall framework for optimising processes relating to the Ibexa platform
• Ensure the platform’s performance, reliability and continuous improvement
• Act as the liaison between the development, application maintenance, operations and support teams
• Structure the processes for handling incidents, change requests, anomalies and corrective actions
• Implement a system for detecting, classifying, escalating and resolving alerts
• Facilitate decision-making between urgent fixes, functional enhancements, technical debt and preventive maintenance
• Organise request reviews, coordination meetings and monitoring committees
• Identify recurring issues, reduce resolution times and improve service quality
• Deploy an optimisation approach inspired by Lean Management, tailored to development, maintenance and operations activities
• Establish governance based on indicators, alert thresholds and shared dashboards

You hold a national engineering degree representing five years of higher education, or a qualification recognised as equivalent by a competent authority in the country in which it was awarded.

You have at least three years’ experience in web platform management, application maintenance, process management or IT service quality.

• Knowledge of the architectural principles and operational functioning of a content management and e-commerce platform, particularly the Ibexa ecosystem and its main components
• Proficiency in incident, problem, change and service request management processes
• Ability to map an existing process and define a target process
• Ability to analyse the causes of a malfunction and to distinguish between symptoms and root causes
• Ability to develop an escalation matrix tailored to the teams’ responsibilities
• Ability to set up an incident handling structure
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders during a complex or major incident
• Ability to facilitate collaboration between technical and business stakeholders

Experience with Ibexa, eZ Platform, Symfony or a comparable environment would be an advantage.
