The Information Systems Department of our client, a mutual insurance company, is responsible for providing its 25,000 users on a daily basis with the data and processing required for their business, in compliance with service contracts; guaranteeing the security and durability of the Group's IT assets; supporting the Group's commercial development in France and internationally; developing new information systems and new technical infrastructures and maintaining existing systems.

Missions

Objectives and deliverables

The role involves contributing to the implementation of work entrusted to you as part of GRC and Current Management projects/versions:

Drawing up estimates and/or impact studies for application upgrades formulated by the business line/application manager
Drawing up functional and technical specifications, production files, parameterisation files and workflows
Retrodocumentation of the application
Application parameterisation
Component development
Design/execution of unit tests, sequence tests, project qualification and integration tests
Delivery of components and packages
Troubleshooting and processing requests

Profile

The role requires autonomy, the ability to work in project mode and as part of a team, and comfort with various communication channels: instant messaging, email, video-conferencing, telephone, etc.
Be at ease with written and oral communication, and be able to lead workshops with the business/IT department and interact with the customer.
A culture of results, service quality and customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate rigour and comply with the company's development, project and operating standards.
At least 3 to 7 years' experience in Siebel development, as well as competence in Java micro-services.
Project documentation, as defined in the company's Project Mode Repository (PMR)
Technical components: Compliance with the deadlines/codes/quality defined by the Design Project Manager.
