Team management

• Assessing and distributing the workload within your team
• Communicating objectives and mobilising your team
• Participate in the recruitment of your team members & monitor their integration and skills development
• Conducting annual interviews and analysing training needs
• Production of accounting information

Supervise your team's production activities on a daily basis

• Monitor the processing of supplier invoices
• Guarantee the quality of the information produced and the integrity of the accounts prepared
• Analyse reporting and performance indicators (KPIs)

Participate in the processing of supplier invoices within your perimeter

• Taking charge of invoices, scanning them, booking them and planning the invoices to be paid
• Supporting local teams in the processing of reconciliation and business BAP discrepancies
• Coordinate the processing of customer and supplier requests (via the communication tool)
• Carrying out the supplier accounting closing process for your perimeter
• Continuous improvement
• Monitor and resolve identified performance problems, reporting them to the Accounts Payable Manager
• Contribute to the implementation and optimisation of the accounts payable process

• With a degree in Accounting, you will have significant experience in Accounts Payable, ERP and team management, enabling you to position yourself as the manager of a team of 10 people.
• Your rigour, organisational skills and sense of teamwork will enable you to carry out your tasks successfully
• Good knowledge of Oracle software, the ERP used is OPERIS (ORACLE base).
