Job description :

These positions provide support to school users.

Main activities:

• Diagnose and resolve incidents on user workstations
• Supporting teachers and students in the use of digital technology
• Monitoring the allocation of digital textbooks
• Monitoring external loan batteries
• Monitoring software requests
• Creating and monitoring manufacturer tickets
• Mastering student and teacher workstations
• Participating in and monitoring projects

Purpose of the post

These positions provide local face-to-face support within the education perimeter.

Functional relations with other posts / Department(s) / Service(s)

These posts are in contact with the system infrastructure, networks, security and workstation teams, as well as the school management.

Diplomas required

Baccalaureate with experience

Length of experience required

5 years in a similar position, ideally in education

• Windows 10 and Windows 11 clients, IOS, Apple
• GLPI
