INFORCA MONACO is looking for 2 project managers to oversee the development and continuity of digital transition projects. The project manager will work on a daily basis in the digital services division to meet the needs of the various digital projects driving the division.

Missions

Identify the opportunities for introducing an online service, as well as the needs and expectations of users, based on quantitative and qualitative feedback (surveys, studies, workshops, UX approach, etc.).
Understand the paper-based procedure in place and the regulations relating to the procedure
Design the solution to be implemented in collaboration with the business units (needs analysis, functional specifications)
Draw up design documents and functional specifications
Develop the target pathways (users and agents) in line with the strategy
Manage projects using traditional V or Agile methodologies
Coordinating all phases of the project (from design to production)
Defining the project schedule, using it as the main steering tool and identifying risks
Learning to configure internal solutions so as to be autonomous in implementing a new online process
Analysing and assimilating procedures, operating methods and regulatory texts
Define and monitor success indicators and project constraints (legal, etc.) with the business units
Contribute to the security (certification) and personal data protection processes
Organising and coordinating the internal acceptance phases with the business units and suppliers (external and/or IT Department)
Ensuring that the tools are properly used and adopted by the business units
Contributing to the operational launch of new services for users and staff (communication plan, etc.)
Organising, leading and reporting on project committees and monitoring projects in accordance with established standards (deadlines, costs, quality and customer satisfaction)
Coordinating the activities of the various players involved
Apply the procedures and associated document models in force
Disseminate best practice
Support and act as "digital expert" advisor to the business lines
Reporting to management.

Profile

You have an IT engineering degree and at least 4 years' proven experience in a similar role.
Results-oriented with a pragmatic approach
Experience in gathering user requirements, user-oriented approach
Experience in writing functional specifications
Good interpersonal skills in dealing with a variety of people, including functional, technical and business end-users
Highly adaptable, analytical, modelling and summarising skills
Ability to work alone on a project but also in collaborative mode
Ability to adapt to a technical environment in order to interact with IT teams (internal and external)
Sensitivity to the security of information systems and respect for personal data
Ability to manage several projects in parallel, make decisions based on priorities and demonstrate flexibility
Good digital culture and continuous monitoring
Perfect command of the French language, both written and spoken
Perseverance and initiative
