Generative Artificial Intelligence Trainer (M/F) – Permanent Contract – Monaco

You will teach the fundamentals of generative AI and help users integrate the authorised tools into their day-to-day work.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing a shared culture around artificial intelligence 
• Training users in the main chatbot-type tools and their professional applications 
• Teaching users how to formulate, refine and evaluate prompts 
• Teaching users how to verify the responses generated 
• Explaining the risks associated with hallucinations, biases and the reproduction of errors 
• Raise awareness of data protection, privacy, information security and ethics 
• Prevent inappropriate use and explain the limitations of automation 
• Present use cases tailored to teams’ activities and identify ways to improve their processes 
• Help to create a network of user advocates or ambassadors 
• Help define common rules of use 
• Offer support following the training sessions 
• Assess skills acquisition and changes in working practices 

• A five-year engineering degree in information systems, or a qualification recognised as equivalent 
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar roles 
• Proficiency in the fundamentals of generative AI and the main chatbot-type tools 
• Proficiency in techniques for formulating, optimising and evaluating prompts 
• Good understanding of the limitations and risks of generated content, as well as methods for verifying it 
• Knowledge of the challenges relating to personal data protection, confidentiality and security 
• Proficiency in the principles of adult learning, digital acculturation and change management 

• Independence, organisation and rigour 
• Analytical, modelling and synthesis skills 
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to unforeseen circumstances 
• Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with business and technical contacts 
• Ability to explain clearly, advise and persuade 
• Ability to monitor progress and produce reports 
• Discretion and respect for the confidentiality of information accessed in the course of the assignment 

• Position based in Monaco 
• Desired start date: 19 October 2026 
• Role: Permanent contract 
• Full-time, 5 days a week 
• Up to 2 days of remote working per week
