Trainer Monaco CDD

• Prepare and run training courses on the use of laptops and digital tools (Windows, Office 365, Teams);
• Adapt the content and teaching methods according to the age and level of the pupils (with priority given to Year 6);
• Raising awareness of good cyber security practices, digital culture, social networks and personal data protection;
• Design, update and enhance training materials;
• Manage technical contingencies and adapt training in real time;
• Working closely with the team of trainers and change management teams;
• Participating in the change management of digital projects: framing, drafting training plans, organising and running sessions, monitoring schedules, reporting, etc;
• Provide input for the continuous improvement of training systems.

Hold a national diploma attesting to 3 years of higher education or a diploma recognised as equivalent by a competent authority in the country where the diploma was obtained.

• Mastery of training and teaching techniques applied to school audiences
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Office 365 and Windows-based collaborative tools
• Ability to adapt teaching discourse and methods to suit different learner profiles;
• Excellent writing and communication skills in French (written and oral)
• Sensitivity to the security of information systems and the protection of personal data
• Knowledge of the challenges of digital transformation in education
• Mastery of a project management methodology (planning, monitoring, reporting)

• Team spirit, ability to work together and listen to others
• Adaptability, autonomy and responsiveness to the unexpected

• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Successful experience of more than 2 years in the field of training/change management would be appreciated.
• Mission start date: 25 August 2025
• Estimated duration of assignment: ends on 31/10/2025
• Working time per week (in days): 5
• Provision of equipment by the Administration: Laptop, computer bag, portable docking station, headphones.
• Other equipment: As training courses can start at 8am, we recommend that you live near Monaco.
