Versatile IT Project Manager (M/F) – Permanent contract – Monaco

You will be responsible for managing a variety of IT projects, using either traditional V-model or agile methodologies.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Helping to draw up contracts with the selected software providers 
• Gathering and analysing the requirements of the business teams 
• Drafting functional specifications 
• Modelling processes using a user-centred approach 
• Defining and executing testing and deployment strategies 
• Oversee the services provided by external partners 
• Chair project governance bodies 
• Collaborate with project management teams 
• Monitor usage and gather user feedback 
• Support the adoption of new tools 
• Advising business teams 
• Facilitate roll-outs and handover to support teams 
• Contribute to training and communication materials 
• Take part in change management initiatives 
• Monitor costs, deadlines, quality and user satisfaction 
• Provide reports to management and stakeholders 
• Promote best practice in usage 

• An engineering degree or equivalent five-year higher education qualification in the field of information systems 
• At least 5 years’ experience in IT project management 
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and drafting functional specifications 
• Proficiency in project management methodologies 
• Excellent writing skills 
• Good understanding of the challenges associated with the digitalisation of working practices 
• An awareness of information systems security issues 
• Knowledge of financial asset management would be an advantage 
• Excellent command of French 

• Organisation, attention to detail and the ability to plan ahead 
• Analytical, modelling and synthesis skills 
• Ability to adapt to change and unforeseen circumstances 
• A pragmatic and results-oriented approach 
• Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with functional and technical contacts 
• Ability to explain, advise and persuade

• Permanent contract 
• Position based in Monaco 
• Desired start date: 12 October 2026 
• Full-time, 5 days a week 
• Up to 2 days of remote working per week following an initial period of on-site work 
• IT equipment provided
