Web Design Project Manager (M/F) – Permanent Contract – Monaco

• Manage the web project from design through to go-live.
• Coordinate UX/UI, design and technical development contractors, as well as the internal teams involved.
• Organise and monitor work using the Agile methodology and sprints.
• Develop, maintain and communicate the overall project schedule, identifying dependencies and risks of schedule slippage.
• Implement and manage the Change Request process: assessing requests and analysing their functional, technical, budgetary, quality and scheduling impacts.
• Organise project and steering committee meetings, prepare decisions on trade-offs and provide progress reports.
• Monitor deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria and commitments from the various service providers.
• Oversee the functional acceptance testing, coordinate contributors and track defects until they are resolved.
• Prepare and coordinate the go-live process as well as post-launch monitoring.
• Coordinate matters relating to the CMS, web architectures, APIs and integrations, SEO, analytics, accessibility, security, the GDPR, content and multilingual support.
• Contribute to the development of AI and data use cases aimed at improving the customer experience, customer insight and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

• A five-year post-A-level degree in IT, digital technology, digital marketing or project management, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years’ experience, with significant experience in managing website design and development projects.
• Proven experience in a multi-vendor environment, ideally on fixed-price projects.
• Proficiency in Agile project management and sprints, and the ability to coordinate UX/UI, design, content and technical development work.
• Ability to structure and implement a Change Request process and to objectively assess the impact of changes.
• Good understanding of CMSs, web architectures, APIs, integrations, SEO, analytics, accessibility, security and the GDPR.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, trade-offs and governance reporting.
• Leadership, diplomacy, rigour, autonomy and the ability to bring together business and technical stakeholders.
• Business-level English would be an advantage.

The following areas of experience are key to the role and must be clearly demonstrated in the candidate’s career history:

• Fixed-price multi-vendor project management: simultaneous coordination of agencies, system integrators or suppliers; monitoring of commitments, deliverables, deadlines and budgets.
• Formalised change requests: analysis of impacts on scope, costs, schedule, resources and quality, followed by decision-making and monitoring until closure.
• Steering Committee / reporting / governance: preparation and chairing of project meetings, supporting documentation, minutes, decisions and reporting to senior management.
• Scheduling / risks / critical path: master schedule, dependencies, risks, anticipating deviations and action plans.
• Hospitality / booking: experience in the hotel, catering or tourism sectors, or with online booking processes.
• AI / data / cross-sell: projects involving AI, the use of customer data, personalisation, recommendations or cross-sell/upsell mechanisms.
