Windows / Active Directory Systems Administrator - Share Migration Project (NTFS) M/F - Fixed-term contract or freelance - Monaco

You will be responsible for :

Share consolidation and governance

• Carrying out and maintaining a complete inventory of ~380 existing shares.
• Identify the business managers for each share.
• Review and correct NTFS inheritance breaks:
  • by creating a new share,
  • or restoring the inheritance after validation by the managers.

NTFS Security & Permissions

• Consolidate and restructure AD groups used in NTFS ACLs.
• Ensuring consistency and traceability of rights.
• Implementing best practice in separating roles and access.

IAM & Helpdesk collaboration

• Working with the Helpdesk team to update the IAM and associated roles.
• Assisting users and business units with changes to rights.
• Participating in the management of incidents relating to permissions.

Monitoring & Documentation

• Planning, monitoring and reporting on the progress of migrations.
• Drafting clear, reliable and durable documentation.
• Maintaining the quality of configurations and correcting any faults identified.

Minimum 3 years' higher education

Typically :

• Computer Science degree
• Licence Professionnelle Réseaux & Télécoms
• Bachelor's degree in Networks / Systems / Cyber

+ strong DevOps & network security skills (even if not necessarily certified by a diploma)

Essential technical skills

• Advanced Active Directory (groups, OU, ACL, rights governance)
• NTFS permissions (inheritance, ICACLS, DSACLS)
• Windows / SMB shares
• PowerShell scripts (inventories, automation, reporting)
• Windows Server (administration, basic GPOs)

Desired technical skills

• IAM experience
• NTFS audit tools (NTFS Permission Reporter, AD ACL Scanner, Quest, etc.)
• Good understanding of cybersecurity in a banking/sensitive environment

Profile required

• At least 3 to 5 years' experience on a Windows / AD / NTFS workstation
• Already involved in a share migration project
• Able to develop independently while reporting regularly
• Calm, reliable and user-support oriented
• Previous experience in banking, insurance or a regulated environment would be a plus
