As part of the team responsible for implementing, upgrading and monitoring the Group's HRIS applications, the consultant will join the 7-strong RUN Compensation & Talent team. The People Compensation/Talent team operates in a global context, interconnected with the Group's IS ecosystem.

As a key contact for HR players, you will be responsible for the maintenance, support and optimisation of the Workday application (Compensation & Talent modules) on an international scale. As part of this role, he/she will actively contribute to the implementation of compensation/talent campaigns, the improvement of the Workday user experience and the efficiency of the Group's HR processes.
On a day-to-day basis, he/she will participate in the support of the Workday application (Adv Comp & Talent) on the international perimeter (France, Spain, BELUX, UKCAN, Switzerland, Poland...) and will be asked to participate in continuous improvement actions (evolutions).
