As part of the team responsible for implementing, upgrading and monitoring the Group's HRIS applications, the consultant will join the 7-strong RUN Compensation & Talent team. The People Compensation/Talent team operates in a global context, interconnected with the Group's IS ecosystem.

Missions

As a key contact for HR players, you will be responsible for the maintenance, support and optimisation of the Workday application (Compensation & Talent modules) on an international scale. As part of this role, he/she will actively contribute to the implementation of compensation/talent campaigns, the improvement of the Workday user experience and the efficiency of the Group's HR processes.

On a day-to-day basis, he/she will participate in the support of the Workday application (Adv Comp & Talent) on the international perimeter (France, Spain, BELUX, UKCAN, Switzerland, Poland...) and will be asked to participate in continuous improvement actions (evolutions).

Administration & Support

  • Workday Application Support (Compensation & Talent) for the various phases:
  • Be the main point of contact for HR teams for any questions or incidents relating to Workday Compensation & Talent.
  • Process, qualify and monitor incident tickets and analysis requests.
  • Liaising with the publisher on reported anomalies.
  • Assisting users in applying Group processes and using the tool.
  • Participating in all stages of campaigns, from launch (dry run, TNR, user training) to feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Workday administration

  • Carry out day-to-day administration activities in Workday (role management, delegations, data corrections, process cancellations).
  • Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions.
  • Managing the mass updating of certain data (pools, roles, etc.) or repositories (job repository).
  • Helping to create and maintain incoming and outgoing flows.

Optimising digital HR processes

  • Optimising digital HR processes in line with local operational challenges.
  • Working closely with the central Branch teams to align regional needs with global standards.
  • Working with key users to develop and promote best practice in the use of the tool, as well as RGPD/ AI ACT issues, etc.
  • Promoting the adoption of digital tools among HR staff by organising communication, training and change management initiatives.

Ability to manage change from A to Z

  • Participating in the drafting of functional specifications and carrying out test phases during tool upgrades.
  • Set up the Workday tool, taking into account the processes, reference systems and rules already in place.
  • Develop business cases and/or validate tests (UAT).
  • Creating and maintaining technical and functional procedures and documentation

Participation in Releases

  • Analysing tool developments proposed by Workday, implementing and testing them (opt-in)
  • Carry out the TNRs following the version upgrade
  • Presenting changes to branch/country referents

Profile

  • Mastery of Workday, including parameterisation acquired through successful experience with this type of tool in international contexts
  • Knowledge of Remuneration or Talent processes
  • English required, a second language would be a plus (German, Spanish, etc.)
  • Knowledge of RGPD and IA Act
