Workstation Administrator (M/F) – Permanent Contract – Monaco

• Administer and maintain workstations, laptops and tablets.
• Create master images, task sequences and application packages.
• Deploy software, updates and security patches.
• Optimise IT resources and assist with fleet management.
• Provide support to users and diagnose incidents.
• Draft operational procedures and contribute to the development of the information system.

You will work in pairs, liaising with the infrastructure, systems, networks and security teams, as well as the support teams at educational establishments.

• A higher education qualification relevant to the post.
• At least 3 years’ experience in similar roles.
• Skills in Windows Server and client computer administration, Active Directory / Azure AD and GPO.
• Experience with SCCM, Intune and PowerShell for managing and deploying workstations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Defender, GLPI and storage systems.
• Skills in iOS, Android and Apple School Manager environments.
• Fluency in French and technical English.

Experience in the education sector would be an advantage.

Attention to detail, professional discretion, a customer-focused approach and the ability to manage priorities will be essential for this role.

Job details:

• Location: Monaco.
• Full-time, 5 days a week.
• Start date: as soon as possible.
• Remote working: considered on a case-by-case basis.
