Workstation Administrator - CDI - Monaco

• Participate in IT operations on the workstation platform;
• Maintaining and updating basic, business and operating software;
• Optimise IT resources;
• Participate in laptop stock management;
• Creating masters and sequences of workstation tasks for users;
• Creating and monitoring application packages for users;
• Deploying security patches for existing applications;
• Participating in the development of the Information System;
• Providing assistance to users;
• Creation of operating procedures;
• Analysing and studying systems, verification, parallel investigations that may give rise to tickets or changes;
• Knowledge of tablet integration and management (Apple and Android) via Intune ;

• Qualifications required: Higher education qualification with experience
• Length of experience required: 5 years in a similar position, ideally in education
