On 1 September 2023, Inforca brought together all its employees for a special day in Monaco. More than 60 people from Paris, Marseille and, of course, Monaco came together to share a moment of conviviality by the sea.
The sole aim of the event was to encourage exchanges between colleagues, some of whom were meeting for the first time. In the picturesque setting of a Monegasque restaurant overlooking the sea, employees had the opportunity to forge links and strengthen their team spirit.
The HR Department expressed its gratitude to all those who took part, making special mention of those who travelled all the way from Paris.
Two of the company's leading figures, Jean-Philippe Claret, Chairman of Inforca France, and Marc Stanciu, Chairman and Managing Director of Inforca, honoured the event with their presence, reinforcing the sense of unity and cohesion within the company.
The afternoon was marked by a tour of Inforca's Monegasque premises, giving employees an insight into the working environment of their colleagues. Afterwards, a tour of Monaco gave everyone the opportunity to discover or rediscover the charms of this exceptional city, before gathering for a convivial dinner.
This day, rich in emotions and discoveries, recalls a quote by Henry Ford that resonates particularly with Inforca's values: "Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, working together is success". Through this event, Inforca underlined the importance of conviviality, sharing and welcoming teams, values that are dear to the company.
