To implement the Extended Monaco Programme, the Digital Services Department is looking for a project manager to take charge of the project to redesign a business creation tool for the Economic Development Department.
As part of its role in the Principality's Digital Transition, the Department of Digital Services of the Prince's Government is leading a programme dedicated to modernising the business tools of the Department of Economic Development.
This programme aims to :
- Simplify/modernise the internal tools used by the staff of the Department of Economic Development, and
- and develop new digital tools and services for this department
- Simplify/modernise/make available new services for users in their dealings with the Economic Development Department (company directors, accountancy firms, local notaries, individuals managing non-trading companies, etc.).
The DDE's Companies/Modernisation programme has recently been entrusted with a new project, namely the complete overhaul of a business tool called "WORKFLOW", using Lotus Notes, and used by the Economic Development Department to receive and process applications to set up companies in the Principality.

The assignment could then potentially continue with the phase of managing the development and implementation of the solution.
The project manager will work on a day-to-day basis as part of the Corporate Programme team and will be the point of contact for the business line and all the departments and divisions involved in the workflow modernisation project.
He/she will be responsible for ensuring the success of the projects within his/her remit, thereby contributing to the programme's objectives and expected results.
