HRIS Payroll Consultant - Project Manager - Vélizy-Villacoublay

We are looking for a passionate HRIS Payroll Consultant to join and strengthen our Project Management division. You will be responsible for analysing and optimising payroll processes and implementing HRIS solutions tailored to meet the client's specific needs.

Missions

  • Analysing the functional requirements of the various HRIS systems in order to act as project manager
  • Monitor the implementation of scope-related issues
  • Ensuring the operational maintenance of the scope of responsibility, coordination between the various parties involved (publisher, SSC and HRIS) to guarantee compliance with commitments
  • Support users in using the products
  • Ensuring the quality of service and control in compliance with processes
  • Ensure that the request tracking file is updated on a daily basis to keep track of work done or to be done.
  • Participate in the monthly maintenance of payroll repositories
  • Analysing the impact on the existing IS, on organisations and on users
  • Leading business workshops
  • Drafting functional specifications and requirements expressions with the business line
  • Study and test regulatory changes
  • Manage payroll anomalies and provide workaround solutions
  • Responding to requests for assistance and advice on payroll production, and providing support to CSPs
  • Monitoring the production of monthly and annual declarations via DSN
  • Drafting practical sheets and operating procedures to support teams

Profile

With a higher education qualification in HR/Payroll, you will have 3 to 5 years' experience in a payroll production environment.

Know how

  • Mastery of payroll and social security declarations
  • Knowledge and application of French payroll legislation and collective agreements
  • Knowledge of BTP payroll preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting desirable
  • Good command of IT tools (ADP) and Pack Office
  • Professional English
