HRIS Project Manager - CDI - Monaco

To implement the Extended Monaco Programme, the Digital Services Department is looking for an HRIS Project Manager.

Missions

The Project Manager will assist the Project Director in setting up the new Human Resources Information System.

  • Assisting the HRIS Project Director
  • Provide support to the business teams (Payroll)
  • Prepare and take part in project monitoring meetings and manage the minutes
  • Monitor the overall progress of the project
  • Monitoring overall project tasks
  • Helping to write and update the payroll white paper
  • Ensuring an overall vision of the scope (HR, HRD, Payroll)
  • Builds programme monitoring tools
  • Monitoring the progress of the Programme and its workstreams in their entirety, in terms of both functional and technical aspects.
  • Preparing and drafting project management documentation (communication, quality, risk, impact and change management strategies),
  • Supporting the project team in the proper delivery of documentation, ensuring compliance with schedules, methodology and quality.
  • Manage the configuration of project documents (receipt, storage, version identification, notification of changes, etc.).
  • Creating and updating the programme macro-planning
  • Disseminate best practice in methodological use
  • Respecting and controlling project objectives (cost, deadline, quality, customer satisfaction).

Profile

Hold a national engineering diploma attesting to five years' higher education or a diploma recognised as equivalent by a competent authority in the country where the diploma was obtained, in the field of information systems or project and/or company management.

Experience required:

  • At least 5 years' experience as a project manager
  • More than 2 years' successful experience in the payroll field

Know how

  • Experience of Cegedim's HR Teams tool
  • Results and action-oriented, with a pragmatic approach (need to adapt solutions to business contexts)
  • Ability to analyse, model and summarise
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft solutions - Teams, Office 365
  • Sensitivity to the security of information systems
  • Ability to work and interact in an ecosystem with several customers and several service providers
  • Very good writing skills
