As part of the team responsible for setting up, upgrading and monitoring HRIS applications for this major international group, and reporting to the Core HR Project Manager, you will join a team of 20 people with functional and technical/functional profiles.

Missions

Animation

  • Prepare and run presentation demonstrations on the HCM section
  • Prepare and co-facilitate certain workshops depending on the projects for which you are responsible
  • Co-lead workshops to analyse functional requirements and design target processes to be implemented in Workday
  • Taking note of the needs expressed by the business players and ensuring that they are properly understood by challenging them
  • Carrying out an initial feasibility analysis in coordination with the RUN Core HR Project Manager and the IT Department (Workday security, interfaces, RDD)

Application maintenance

  • Propose pragmatic technical solutions that are consistent with the existing configuration and within the framework of the rules laid down by the Group
  • Write the technical part of the specification for technical solutions
  • Configuring Workday: management processes, repositories, reporting, etc.
  • Carry out unit tests before delivery
  • Update the configuration documentation
  • Liaise with the IT Department on technical aspects: interfaces, RDD, security, etc.
  • Exchanging views with your counterparts on subjects that have a bearing on Compensation, Recruitment, etc.
  • Manage level 3 anomalies

Cross-functional

  • Integrate new scopes within the module in collaboration with the project teams (France and International)
  • Manage user support and help users to develop their skills in the tool (training, etc.)
  • Participate in monitoring meetings by indicating your progress on subjects and presenting risks
  • Participate in knowledge transfer to project teams on HCM topics
  • Participate in group committees
  • Understand and apply Workday methodologies
  • Participate in the Workday Community

Profile

  • After a minimum of 5 years' experience (not including work experience) in HRIS using Workday, you're looking for a new challenge. You have already worked on the MOA RUN Core HR part of the project.
  • Your ability to adapt, organise and analyse will enable you to work with the team on a daily basis. Finally, your intellectual curiosity will enable you to collaborate on all subjects and with the various stakeholders.
  • You will always aim to satisfy the people you work with.
  • You're also known for your ability to stand back and make suggestions.
  • Last but not least, you speak fluent English and/or Spanish!
