To implement the Extended Monaco Programme, the Digital Services Division is looking for a multi-skilled project manager to join its Change Management team.

Missions

Managing the implementation of various IT solutions and providing change management support for the Digital Administration division's projects.

  • Carrying out digital projects in connection with change management: framing, drafting training plans, organising support sessions, running training sessions, monitoring schedules and budgets, etc;
  • Supporting the programme manager in defining and implementing change management support for the Administration's internal users;
  • Providing project management support for digital projects;
  • Regularly reporting to management on the progress of projects;
  • Train users in group sessions;
  • Provide one-to-one training;
  • Participating in change management within departments;
  • Participate in the development of training strategies;
  • Participate in the organisation and planning of mass training;
  • Working with project teams;
  • Contribute to the content of training materials.

Profile

Hold a national engineering diploma attesting to five years' higher education or a diploma recognised as equivalent by a competent authority in the country where the diploma was obtained, in the field of information systems or project and company management or in change management.

Experience required:

  • At least 5 years' experience as a project manager
  • More than 2 years' successful experience in training/change management

Know how

  • Perfect command of Microsoft Teams and Office 365 collaborative tools
  • Mastery of a project management methodology
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Knowledge of digital working practices
  • Knowledge in the field of communication and change management
  • Sensitivity to the security of information systems
  • Fluency in French and English
  • All the knowledge required to carry out the activities listed in section "2. Presentation of the Mission and the Services to be provided
