We are looking for a Multi-skilled Project Manager for one of our clients based in Monaco.

Missions

  • Manage projects using traditional V and/or agile methodologies
  • Participate in drawing up the contract with the selected publisher(s)
  • Design in collaboration with the business units (needs analysis, functional specifications, process modelling, etc.) using a user-centred approach
  • Drawing up and implementing test and deployment strategies
  • Managing the work carried out by external service providers
  • Managing the project and governance rules (project committee, steering committee, etc.)
  • Working with the project management teams
  • Measuring usage and conducting surveys to obtain quantitative and qualitative feedback
  • Ensuring proper use and adoption of the tools by the business line
  • Supporting and advising the business units
  • Working actively to facilitate deployment and transfer to the User Support teams
  • Contribute to the content of training materials
  • Contribute to the content of internal and external communication media
  • Participate in change management phases
  • Apply current DSN models
  • Respect and control project objectives (cost, deadline, quality, customer satisfaction)
  • Report to management and customers
  • Disseminate best practice

Profile

Required qualifications

Hold a national engineering diploma attesting to five years' higher education or a diploma recognised as equivalent by a competent authority in the country where the diploma was obtained, in the field of IT, new technologies or management, with a specialisation in the management of technology projects.

Length of experience required

  • At least 5 years' experience in similar IT project management roles
  • Proven experience in gathering requirements and functional specifications

Know how

  • Mastery of a project management methodology
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Sensitivity to the security of information systems and the protection of personal data
  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required
  • Certification in a project management methodology would be appreciated

Know be

  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Autonomous, organised, rigorous, with solid skills in progress monitoring and reporting
  • Ability to analyse, model and summarise
  • Ability to adapt to change and the unexpected
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (interaction with a wide range of people, including functional, technical and business end-users)
  • Excellent communication skills (need to explain, convince and keep abreast of issues/needs/constraints)
  • Good character: The successful candidate may be required to access confidential data, and a level of discretion and reserve commensurate with the nature of the information is expected.

  • Eventual teleworking possible up to 2 days/week, face-to-face start of the assignment
