Job description

The tech lead acts as the link between the technical aspects and the business objectives, while supporting the developers as they develop their skills.

Activities

• Reviewing, analysing and estimating specifications (user stories)
• Developing complex functionalities
• Guarantor of good development practices (code reviews, unit tests)
• Identifying and mitigating technical and performance risks
• Analysis of major anomalies, identification of solutions for correction by developers
• Communication with the various stakeholders
• Deployment of artefacts
• Ensuring delivery management and versioning of branches

The activities are described in general terms.

Required qualifications

Hold a national diploma attesting to at least five years' higher education or a diploma recognised as equivalent by a competent authority in the country where the diploma was obtained, in the field of information systems.

Length of experience required

At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.

• Expertise and certification in Java 17
• Experience as a lead developer in a scrum team
• Spring Boot 3.2
• PostgreSQL
• Vue.js
• Linux
• Knowledge of SonarQube, Gitlab and Docker tools
• Experience with API Rest
• Knowledge of Gitlab and Jira/confluence tools

• Organised and rigorous;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Team spirit.
