2 Windows Production Engineer - Technical Lead - Permanent Contract - Monaco

🎯 Main mission

As a Production Engineer - Windows Technical Lead, you will join a cross-functional technical team dedicated to implementing and maintaining critical infrastructures in operational conditions. You will be a central player in the coordination of Windows technical projects, from design to deployment, interacting with project teams, business lines, publishers and service providers.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Upstream technical framing of projects (RFI, RFP)
• Analysis of business requirements and technical implementation
• Assisting project managers with technical decisions
• Supervising technical relations with publishers and service providers
• Contributing to the drafting of technical documentation (security files, certification, etc.)
• Overhauling and modernising obsolete Windows environments
• Monitoring the lifecycle of Windows servers and platforms
• Setting up and maintaining automation platforms
• Maintaining operational (MCO), security (MCS) and supervision conditions
• Participation in continuous improvement and service quality
• Technology watch and participation in technical think tanks

🎓 Profile required

• Minimum 2 years' higher education in IT or equivalent
• At least 10 years' experience in a similar position
• Experience in a key account or public sector environment appreciated

🧠 Technical skills required

• Windows Server & associated services expertise
• Active Directory, GPO, DFS, NTFS rights
• MECM / SCCM
• PKI certificates
• Log analysis, diagnostics & troubleshooting
• Solid network knowledge (firewall, DNS)
• Supervision & monitoring tools (e.g. SNAV)
• Knowledge of N-tier architectures
• Windows in-place upgrade
• Interaction with infrastructure teams (virtualisation, network, backup, etc.)
• Management of technical backlog
• Drafting of technical documents (DAT, DCT, specifications, etc.)
• Good command of the office suite and collaborative tools
• ITIL certification (desirable)
