Inforca has designed InlexIA, an intelligent translation module for organisations that need to produce and manage a large volume of content in several languages. Designed for the Tourism and Convention Authority. InlexIA integrates directly into Ibexa DXP and any other content management system (CMS), transforming multilingual management into a simple, fast and reliable process.

With InlexIA, your content crosses borders seamlessly, without fuss or wasted time.

Why rethink the translation of your content?

Traditionally, multilingual management is based on a complex workflow:

  • Writing in French or the source language.
  • Transmission of content to external translators.
  • Back and forth by email for corrections and approval.
  • Manual copying of translated files into the CMS.

A resource-intensive, time-consuming and fragile process. The risks are numerous: longer lead times, high costs, input errors, inconsistencies between versions.

In the age of instant communication, this way of working is no longer appropriate. Companies, like institutions, need to be agile and responsive in order to publish their content in real time, in all the languages needed by their audience.

This is precisely the role of InlexIA: to automate what can be automated, while leaving it up to the teams to make the necessary adjustments.

InlexIA: a break with traditional methods

Until now, content translation has always followed the same path: writing in the source language, sending to translators, back and forth corrections, then manual integration into the CMS. These steps were slow, resource-intensive and open to error.

InlexIA radically changes this logic. As soon as a text is published or modified in the CMS, it is automatically detected, analysed, translated into the target languages and saved in each language version. This automation puts an end to tedious copying and pasting and guarantees immediate responsiveness. Translation thus becomes a fluid, integrated and virtually instantaneous process, at the service of multilingual communication.

Native integration into Ibexa DXP

InlexIA's strength lies in its native integration with Ibexa DXP. Contributors remain in their usual workspace, without having to juggle with external tools. Each time a change is made, the system detects content requiring translation, automatically applies the languages defined and saves the new versions directly in the CMS.

This approach simplifies maintenance and reinforces content consistency, even when managing several complex multilingual sites or portals, as is the case for government institutions.

A solution designed for publishers and developers

For business teams

InlexIA is designed to provide a seamless experience for editorial teams. Editors can activate or deactivate languages according to their needs, while benefiting from a personalised glossary that ensures terminological consistency. They also have access to a centralised dashboard, enabling them to monitor the status of translations and identify missing content. If any changes need to be made, an automatic translation can be modified directly in the CMS, without any additional steps.

For technical teams

InlexIA is designed to provide a seamless experience for editorial teams. Editors can activate or deactivate languages according to their needs, while benefiting from a personalised glossary that ensures terminological consistency. They also have access to a centralised dashboard, enabling them to monitor the status of translations and identify missing content. If any changes need to be made, an automatic translation can be modified directly in the CMS, without any additional steps.

Concrete benefits already proven

The Monaco Tourism and Convention Authority and the Monaco Government are already reaping the benefits of InlexIA. Results include

  • Processing time cut by a factor of 10: translations are automatically triggered on publication, with an almost instantaneous effect.

  • A drastic reduction in costs: around €20 per million characters translated, compared with several hundred euros via human service providers for an equivalent volume.

  • Total coverage: classic pages, dynamic blocks, forms, metadata, SEO titles... everything is translated.

  • Consistent terminology: thanks to the customised glossary.

  • Full traceability: every action is recorded and can be consulted in an activity log.

  • Gradual ramp-up: existing human translations are retained, while AI fills in the gaps.

Changes already in the pipeline

InlexIA is designed to be a scalable solution, adapting to new uses. The next steps include the possibility of configuring each language with its own translation engine, specific content and precise rules. The tool will also integrate the management of regional variants, to distinguish, for example, Mexican Spanish from Spanish, or British English from Australian English.

Other adjustments will make it possible to select the expected level of formality, whether professional, institutional or more familiar. Finally, the integration of autonomous artificial intelligence agents is planned to provide an additional layer of proofreading, correction and improvement before final publication.

A solution for demanding organisations

Designed from the outset to meet the needs of the Government of Monaco, InlexIA combines rigour, speed and reliability. Its integration into Ibexa DXP makes it a tool that can be used immediately by the editorial and technical teams, without disrupting their habits. Customised glossaries, validation workflows and traceability of actions reinforce confidence in the process.

This system meets requirements that are often contradictory: the need to produce quickly, the obligation to respect official terminology, cost control and the flexibility to evolve over time. Public institutions and private companies alike can rely on InlexIA to secure and accelerate their multilingual strategy.
