Reporting to the AWM MOA Lead and working as part of the AWM MOA team of around 10 people, the AWM MOA Consultant will have functional expertise in Payroll/LM and post-payroll matters. He or she will also provide functional support to the EAM referents.

Missions

Taking charge of Run Payroll activities
Resolving and monitoring Payroll-related tickets (ServiceNow tool)
Updating Payroll-related settings on the GXP tool
Formalising operating procedures
Managing Payroll changes
Challenge and complete expressions of need formalised by HR and/or the Payroll SSC
Drawing up acceptance specifications, conducting acceptance tests, reporting anomalies
Participating in workshops and drafting associated documentation
Assisting payroll managers with payroll production and declarations
In agreement with the payroll lead, participation in mini-projects (assistance with the roll-out of new external growth or new collective agreements)

Know how

Minimum experience of 2 to 8 years in a similar position or 6 years in a payroll management position, ideally in the construction industry, with experience of HRIS projects.
Good functional skills in Payroll/LT and post-payroll
Good command of Packoffice (particularly Excel)
Knowledge of a Payroll HRIS solution (ideally GXP) and a ticketing solution (ServiceNow)
