GT Payroll MOA/RUN Project Manager in Vélizy-Villacoublay

The MOA RUN Project Manager will be responsible for the production and coordination of all activities relating to the GT, payroll, post-payroll, appraisal and management of our client's annual employee savings campaign. He or she will be involved in projects from time to time. He/she will also be the main point of contact for the SSC, HRIS, publishers and external partners (Amundi, ProBTP, leave funds).

Missions

  • Produce quality deliveries on time: Annex, table, filter, CRA, expression of need, anomaly sheet, CR, operating procedure, etc.
  • Inform the referents and/or the MOA RUN manager of any bottlenecks (blocking anomalies, late deliveries) or delays.
  • Ensuring that all issues are followed up and completed on time.
  • Preparing recipes in line with the defined strategy, so as to have precise detailed test books and adapted test sets.
  • Carrying out a test run in such a way as to ensure that the expected results are achieved and that no regression is caused, informing internal partners of the results and any anomalies.
  • Monitor the activity of the Run, taking charge of level 1 to 5 tickets, ensuring daily monitoring, prioritising and communicating regularly with internal partners on the progress of the ticket.
  • Analysing and ensuring regulatory compliance (legal and conventional) through an impact study, in partnership with the publisher and internal partners.
  • Sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Capitalise on the network to share knowledge and activities. All files are stored on the Share Point.

Profile

You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position within a large group and/or in an HR consultancy.

Know how

Technical skills

  • Mastery of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Functional skills

  • Experience in HR, Payroll/LM, DSN
  • Experience in HRIS/MOA (collection, analysis, acceptance)

Know be

  • Methodical, rigorous, organised and a sense of priorities
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Teaching skills, ability to communicate in layman's terms
  • Adaptability
  • Ability to put forward proposals or engage in constructive debate
