Optimising HR processes with Workday CORE HR

Our consultants play a central role in the management and development of Workday CORE HR modules, contributing to the performance of the Group's information systems. Their missions include MOA RUN and BUILD activities in charge of developing and monitoring the Group's HRIS applications:

  • Taking note of the needs expressed by the business players.
  • Carrying out an initial feasibility analysis in coordination with the RUN Core HR Project Manager and the IT Department (Workday security, interfaces, RDD).
  • Write the technical part of the specifications for the technical solutions.
  • Implementing best practice to guarantee the confidentiality and security of HR data.
  • Preparing and co-facilitating certain workshops.
  • Managing interfaces to ensure seamless integration between Workday and other IS solutions used by Eiffage.
  • Ensure application maintenance and upgrades (tests, configuration and implementation of new functionalities).
  • Understand and apply Workday methodologies.
  • Participate actively in the Workday Community.

Thanks to their expertise, our consultants provide solutions tailored to Eiffage's specific needs and processes. In this way, they ensure that HR digitalisation is effective and aligned with the Group's strategic challenges.
In addition to our expert consultants, a number of Workday HRIS managers provide support for the most complex and strategic projects, in particular for international rollouts of the various Workday modules.

Experienced profiles adapted to international challenges

  • The profiles recruited for Eiffage's HRIS division are distinguished by :
  • Higher education in HR, information systems or HRIS.
  • Advanced technical expertise: in-depth understanding of complex systems, HR processes and the challenges of digital transformation.
  • An international dimension: professional English is essential and, in some cases, mastery of other languages for global collaborations.
  • Workday module certifications.

These qualities will enable them to integrate quickly into the Eiffage teams and contribute effectively to ambitious projects.

What experts say
