Project Manager, MOA RUN Employee Savings Project - CDI - Vélizy-Villacoublay

In the course of his/her work, he/she must comply with the team management's expectations in terms of quality of work and delivery. The MOA RUN Project Manager will be responsible for the production and coordination of all activities relating to the GT, payroll, post-payroll, appraisal and management of the Eiffage Group's annual employee savings campaign. He or she will be involved in projects from time to time. He/she will also be the main point of contact for the SSC, HRIS, publishers and external partners (Amundi, ProBTP, leave funds).

Missions

  • Reporting to management at Daily meetings in an organised, concise and accurate manner.
  • Support expected decisions with substantiated hypotheses.
  • Produce quality deliveries on time.
  • Keep the coordinators and/or the MOA RUN manager informed of progress.
  • Ensuring that all projects are monitored and completed on time.
  • Manage a project campaign in its entirety, managing the participants, deliverables and executing phases where necessary.
  • Between campaigns, managing feedback to prepare for the next campaign.
  • Between campaigns, participate in the MOA RUN activity by taking charge of Payroll MOA and/or GT MOA tickets.
  • Sharing knowledge by writing or updating internal documentation and know-how.

Profile

Technical skills

Mastery of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Functional skills

  • Must have experience in HR, Payroll/Labour Management, DSN, Free Action Plan, Incentives and Profit Sharing
  • Experience in HRIS/MBA project management (data collection, analysis, implementation, acceptance, communications, coordination).

Skills and know-how

  • Methodical, rigorous, organised and a sense of priorities
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Teaching skills, ability to communicate in layman's terms
  • Adaptability
  • Being able to put forward proposals or constructively disagree with others
  • Respect for obligations of neutrality and confidentiality
  • Ability to report on activities.

This assignment may lead to a pre-employment contract if requirements are met after approximately 12 months of service.
