The TAM Project Manager is responsible for implementing software solutions dedicated to time and activity management within a company. He or she oversees the planning of HRIS projects, from their initial execution to their delivery.
As part of this role, the project manager coordinates different departments within the company in order to understand the needs of each. The requirements are passed on to the Payroll software developers to ensure that the solution developed meets expectations. In addition, they resolve any problems that arise and check the quality of the work carried out.

Knowledge of databases and programming is appreciated. Finally, an understanding of the principles of project management is required to successfully carry out the tasks assigned (project planning, monitoring and control).
Soft skills
The project manager has analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong ability to communicate between all the players involved in the project (internal teams and end customers).
A 5-year degree, such as a Master's in project management, human resources management or information systems, is required. More specific training in time and activity management software, such as certification in ERP tools or integrated management systems, may also be beneficial.
